After receiving an overwhelming number of inquiries regarding Buddy's catering and event planning services, Buddy sought out the most energetic, up and coming event planner to complement his catering business. Buddy's culinary expertise and Jeffrey Spivack's experience in the hospitality industry led to the creation of Buddy V's Events & Catering.

Jeffrey Spivack | "A True Rockstar of Weddings"

At a young age, Spivack was introduced to the hospitality industry through his family's restaurant, the Plankboard Inn. The passion and interest that evoked from his involvement in the family business led him to pursue a BA in Hospitality from Widener University. While working towards his degree, Spivack worked part-time as an event planner at The Rockleigh Country Club, and was hired full-time shortly after graduating.  Over the past three years, Spivack generated over one million dollars on an annual basis. 

Throughout his eight-year career at The Rockleigh, Spivack planned and executed many high-profile events - most notably Mariano Rivera’s official retirement party and the Cake Boss Season Finale.
